got this real quick with the help of my jp party
Found in a Treasure Chest in there i believe.
Mushushu(sp), cockatrices, and other higher level mobs in there drop the key. I've had one for a good while now, haven't had a chance to search for chests.

Can confirm, Cockatrice's drop the key needed for the chest. Just got it in a duo PT, and will look for chest while I XP tomorrow.
