Melt Katana
I saw a NIN using this in my party, it firered off occasionly, but most of the time it didn't. maybe the enchantment will increases the chance to land the effect?

this weapon is like msot other HQ effect weapons. it has an additional effect of "weakens defence" (random) and it ALSO has an enchantment of "Weakens defence" (like an en- spell)
not too bad of a weapon, but would be better if it was a bit lower level

as far as i know it works like an EN-*insert element here* spell. so everytime you hit the weakens defense pops... please correct me if im wrong
