if you collect all the ingrediants and the coins and you dont have sea access etc can you still trade them in and get this?

Got one myself a few weeks ago. I must say I like it alot.
25 Ancient Beastcoins, Both Limbus SAM Materials, and an Iyo Scale.
Iyo Scale was pretty easy to get, just two Darksteel Sheets and a Wind Crystal.
Awesome for soloing, get an extra 6-7%+ TP from AoEs and Ga Spells (Weapons, Fafnir, and Behemoth make me lol with this on), great for tanking/soloing, and it was free minus the Limbus Fees (Our LS banks the coins and hands them out when people get materials and hands out items when there are excess coins).

Heres the requirements to get this from limbus.
Myochin Domaru+1- 25 coins, a spool of scarlet odoshi, a sheet of kurogane, and an Iyo scale.
