For the desynth, here's what i got:
Lighting Crystal + Nodowa
NQ : Silk thread
HQ1: Silk thread
HQ2: Iron ingot
HQ3: Iron ingot
I'm not sure about the HQ2 and HQ3 really behing those but i never got anything else then ingots. In around 24 desynth, i never got a skill up and i was lvl 61 smithing .

if youre skilling up on these, be sure to sell them to the tenshodo in low jeuno. they'll take about 10-20 every day (except earthday, when theyre closed). the highest they seem to sell back for is 4k, and it will lower to around 2.9k as more are sold back each day.
they sell to a regular vendor for about 2.7k, so its good to sell to neptunes spire instead of a regular npc :)

This recipe requires an Iron Sheet, not an Iron Board. Iron Board is more than likely from a mistranslation in the recipe.
