This is a good piece for COR TP'ing with a Joyeuse.
I'd still macro in Corsair's Bottes or War Boots for weapon skills though.
Easiest way to get these is to grind Superior Private Assault in Periqua (sp?) "Saving Private Ryaff", can be done with a team of RDM, SAM, and COR with ease.
