... it's a very common drop from "Under Observation", which is apparently the BCNM that everyone and their dog does because you can get the legendary Peacock Charm from it. I just got done doing it with a friend and a guy from his linkshell, and all three of us got one.
Yea in Siren its usually sold in jeuno for 3-6k. I'd love this axe ATM but the problem is there are never any for sale >.<

I have this thing, and i love it. Seeing a double attack hit twice and both have added lightning is very satisfying.
6k on Alexander. Been like that for a while.
Decent G.Axe though. Would have Paid 50k for it probably.

Don't know where this comes from. I was the third person ever to buy once from Jeuno AH (Migardsormr). First sold for 75k, second for 50k, I ended up paying 100k (ok, I'm a sucker for a nifty looking Great Axe). The added effect actually seems to to trigger relatively frequently (every 4-6 swings on average against ITs) doing +9-12 damage typically.
