I just made one of these with woodworking 95+1+3.
Only 3rd made on Quetzacoatl. I've actually wanted to make one of these for a while now, and I am 1/1 in my attempts. They are rare becaue the Arioch fang is a NM that is found in all places, the Bostanian Oublietee. People generally don't like going down there. Finally I saw the fang on AH, and even though I had to pay 150k for it, I was lucky and got the HQ.

it's a great staff for skill ups. the drain effect is 35-65hp. and it kicks in about 10% of the time.
