you can get Rusty pick very often in the Rolanberry field

In Smithing, I'm making War picks and Padded caps for skill up. In Carbuncle, there are bots fishing in Yughotto and everytime I go through there, I saw them catching several of the rusty items. I figured I would give it a shot. I simply mimic their equipment: Mithran rod + Rogue rig, and got fishing.
I only threw my lure in 20 times: 11 no catch, 4 rusty caps, 4 rusty leggings, and 1 rusty pick.
Like a moron, I went down with only a few slots of inventory but I did take some light crystals and got a couple skill ups. ;D Anywho, I have tried a couple other spots for rusty picks/caps and this is the best spot I've been to.

Just fished one of these up at the Crystal Spring in Jugner with Comp. Rod + Frog Lure. Then, shortly after, my line broke and i lost my Frog Lure. >.<

where can catch more "Rusty pick"?
is this going to be the new rusty cap? sells for 4700 when synthed and although the catch rate is rare thats no biggy for bots =/

Where can catch more rusty picks?
Fished one up from the ocean in the Bubu Pens during full moon (100%) with carbon/sabiki.
