I have just turned 48 Ninja, I equipped 2 of these and I occasionally have an extra attack....? Do these have a hidden effect....?
Only one Sai for sale in AH, so I buy for 200k. I wanted another so I just bought the Habu Skin for 200k since it was only 61 skill needed to craft.
75 smithinng skill,, 60 skill in ALL other crafts, smith apron and gloves, advanced syn support from guild, syn on Firesday with fire crystal

these are only selling at 40k on Titan. alot of stuff has been going down in price lately. wish i knew the leather sub so i could make my own instead of buying

If I had to guess, and I do, I would say to up your leathercraft. If it is selling for 3 mill, I would (again) guess that the leather craft is at least 40 if not 60+. Unfortunately, both my smithing and leather craft is in the low thirties.

(And yes, I know NINs don't typically wear full AF, I was just too lazy to find equipment they actually would wear).
I think it's pretty ugly, personally... but whatever floats your boat.

I've seen them, they look exactly like they are supposed to. Pretty sweet actually.
