will this effect stack with Seigan+Third Eye? like, if i use both abilities with pants equipped, will i get normal seigan effect+ the automatic anticipate and counter afterwards?
These pants don't give you a whole lot in the way of stats - there are better pants out there for /rng with agility and racc - but they are cool as hell. Also excellent to bust out in Ballista.
If you don't know what's happening, "Enhances Third Eye" turns an attack dodged with Third Eye into an instant counterattack. You anticipate, and then counter. Pretty cool, but there are FAR better pants for sam out there, sadly.
