A friend of mine got his from a Dynamis run. It droped off a mob they killed.

Totally false, only the regular Relic gear (AF2 as some refer to it) drops in the regular Dynamis (Sorcerer's Sabots drop in Dynamis-Jeuno), to get +1 version you must first get the -1 gear in Dreamland Dynamis and go thru the quest indicated to upgrade them.
Dont write about something that you are totally ignorant about, stick with the stuff you actually have a clue on.
