stun proc rate is based on INT i think

Just curious if anyone actually uses this knife. If so, how often does the stun go off? I am currently using two corsairs and am rather content with them.
Picked up a couple myself. Nice knives. And people wondered why the Rogue's Bonnet has INT+5 on it.. ^^
