Took this into Halvung to the Troll area and it didn't work. Wouldn't even let me use the enchantment. Also, I have the Claymore Grip equiped. If I do find a place where this Trollbane does work (besiedes besieged evidently) would I have critical hit rate up to 6%?
Just to answer my own question for anyone else who is wondering. Yes these work like a boomerang and come back (i took the risk and tried it out). The reason they do is that they go into the ranged weapon slot and not the ammo slot. Nice for pulling mobs when your merit party doesnt have a puller (or like my last merit party where a silly taru samurai was sooooo slow at pulling) and I'm now skilling up throwing for my nin :)

Anyhow, I have not yet parsed this thing, but if you are monk and take a party into mamook and chain spiders, you will definitely be tanking pre WS ... Voke is useless when you crit 2 punches and a kick. (destroyers + trollbane + max crit merits) Also nice boosts on Wyvern/mamool/puk/crab pt's.
This latent also kicks in during assault.
There are 2 other Chakrams available for 4k ISP, but this one benefits DD the best.
Lets hope SE comes out with some more useful ISP items with the next update, because the items for LC and C just plain suck for melee.

Does anyone know exactly how often the critical hits will parse? I remember hearing somewhere that the Pahluwan Khazagand was like 3-5%. Can anyone confirm the percentage on this item? Thanks in advance!
Critical+ effect kicks in when inside the ToAU beastmen strongholds, so Halvung, Reef and Mamook. But not in regular areas of the outdoor parts of those three areas (Wajoam Woods, Thickets, etc)
