This katana runs 30-50m on Bismarck. Curious why the high price tag, because it looks less nice than a Fudo (~1m). Swapping a Fudo for this would drop DPS by about 6%. While this one should result in ~5% faster TP generation, I don't see quicker TP and a little str/dex ending up with more overall DPS.
The only advantage I see is that faster hits help a little with holding agro. Not 40m worth of agro holding, though. Just a little -- barely noticeable really.
Soooo, yeah, it's rare and hard to get. But, 30-50m!? A price like that makes me wonder what I'm missing. Is there a hidden effect to this katana? Perhaps when mated with an Unji in the other hand? I find it hard to believe it's that costly for rarity alone. Vanity katana?
Well this Katana tagged w/ Unji were ideally used to go beneath the TP floor pre-TP floor nerf mixed w/ haste for high speed TP and constant WSing, which was pretty rad in its time. With TP nerf, its not as great as it used to be because Suppanomimi, Ninja Chainmail, Koga legs, and the dual wield traits severely reduces TP gain. Now more swings are needed to get to 100TP and that requires landing the hits, so Fudo and Senjuirikio are ideally the most commonly used Katanas. Critical hits are guaranteed swings so the crit rate from each of those katanas are guaranteed TP and also guaranteed to land during WS when they kick in. Seeing how it goes, Unsho seems great to support Blade: Jin as an offhand weapon, but its not a loss when your DoT from offhanding Fudo balances it out.
But I got to give, with this drop, I can afford a lot more things :3

The Kindred Seal BC99 in Horlais Peak... Requires a Themas Orb and an alliance of 18 people. The BC is against a mob just like King Behemoth in almost every way, called Chevlink (sp?).
It's pretty hard to do, especially with a new/inexperienced group of people.. But it's easy once you get the hang of it, my LS has the record set at 6-7 minutes.
