This would proball be pretty good for pup/mnk considering they use h2h, but i don't think they get martiasl arts trait till 50.
PUP gets Martial Arts at 25(I), 50(III) and 75(III).

why would d latent only trigger when /mnk it doesnt seem right
should also work some way on main
how do u know when the latent effect activates?
1. do u notice ur attack speed/power increase?

Level 30 Subjob Items
There are level 30 Earrings, Shields, Belts and Mantles that all trigger on Latent Effects. These all correspond with a job.
All of them activate via Subjob. Nothing else will trigger these to activate, NOT main job, ONLY subjob.
The newest jobs (Blu, Cor, Pup) do not have these items (as of 7/27/06).
There are other Latent effect items that trigger at different things such as Low HP, <100% tp, a bard song on you, This is NOT one of those items.
The only thing that activates these items is your subjob.

Ok...this does follow suit with the rest of the level 30 latent effect gear. MNK has to be your sub to use it.
With that said...what does "Enahances Martial Arts Effect" do?
I know that the Martial Arts trait allows you to hit twice from a H2H weapon; however, what happens when you "enhance" it with this?

The martial arts trait increases the speed of your H2H attacks, so, enhancing it would decrease your weapon delay/increase your attack speed.

i'm in the Garuda sever and it goes for 10-20k in juno if anyone reads this i want this mantle every badlly my name is Kakashi whm 56 i want this and will buy it off of you give me a tell if you on my sever or send me a pm on this and i'l try to meet you to trade the max i will pay for is 40k but it's only 20k in juno atm

How do you trigger the latent effect? I'd guess mnk for main or sub but just figure I should ask.
From what I know, MNK is to be you're sub. However, this has not been confirmed yet. If you can confirm it, please let me know.
The mantle can be recieved from the Grove Guradians Sky Orb BCNM Battle in Waughroon Shrine. There is a Level 30 Cap with a 30 min time limit. In addition to the Wrestlers Mantle, you can recieve a Pilferer's Mantle, Genin Aspis, and Healers Shield.
