This don't cap before lvl 55 atleast.

Confermed. Got 2 .1's in a row doing these for GP (lv54). The sad thing is thats better than my skill up synths. :( at least 55 i wanna lean more to 56
Was synthing these for guildpoints today (at 52 alchemy, sure its a risk, but oh well)...and got a .1 skill up. Cap is probably 53-54..
