How much MP does this item take?
Use time is about 4 seconds.
Using another MP item again is... well, maybe 15 seconds or so. It's not too long.

I would like to know the following stats for the various Ether items:
*casting time
*amount of time you are unable to use another medicine

Odd... the failure rate seems to be inconsistent for a 69 cap recipe.
Haven't been getting the recipe either... will need to check about if the cap is actually different.
