These gloves are from Salavge. You have to get three rare/ex drops, get items to create them, then pay a commision fee...pure pain in the *** pretty much.

Don't know if it's the best, but it's certainly a really, really good piece for RNG WS, especially for Archery RNG, both sidewinder stat mods on one piece, plus 10 RATK.
