Also, you are incorrect. Those are named monsters, not notorious monsters. All notorious monsters will con Impossible to Gauge regardless of their strength compared to yours.

This isn't a NM...it's a normal monster. Don't believe me? Just zone out to Beaucedine Glacier and you'll find hundreds flying around. ;P
yup, there seem to be a lot of orange lettered normal monsters right now :/
I dont think this is a NM; it checked easy prey to me so I wasted it and got an Ahriman Lens for that fortune teller quest in Jeuno

i have been waiting for more than 20 mins ...it doesn't spwan still, how long should i camp it ?

Is this really an NM? It checked DC to me when I fought it. Kill Giant Scorpion for a while and sooner or later this will spawn. Not really worth the time though since the weapon is only selling for about 10k on my server (Valefor). But if you want an Ahriman lens for the 2 quests that need those then maybe you'll get lucky and get to kill this while you are fighting Floating Eyes. I got all 4 drops at once from this thing.

how long did you wait for that Bat eye spwan? were you camp in the H5/6 area?? i was camping @ there for 2 hrs RL time with my friends,we got nothing by the end. The only mob keep spwaned out in that area was Giant Scorpion. Am I in the right area? Is it the only place that it would drop? >_<
yeah I have fought many Bat eyes in the glacier but none have never dropped the storm Axe maybe this is the only Bat eye that does. Maybe SE should rename it or something to seperate the 2 types.
Beaudecine Glacier is full of these. That said, I have never seen Glacier ones drop the axe. Is it possible that only the one that occasionally pops here drops the axe.
