I fished up one at Silver Sea route to Nashmau and it checked as EM for me as BST 64 but strange thing was that when I tried to charm it I got the message: charm has no effect on Bathybic Kulshedra, that was strange because normally BST can charm Sea monks and a EM should not be a problem.
Bathybic Kulshedra can't be charmed, maybe it is because it was fished up but I don't know.

fished-up mobs cannot be charmed. you use to be able to charm them but it was changed a year ago or so. really irked me that they changed it heh.
