I got Bursted by one of these before, was not fun. 1023- With a jelly ring on. Ouch.
He casts more than flood. He can Freeze, Quake, Tornado. I've yet to see Flare attempted, but I hear they can.
where exactly are these guys at? anyone know? just want to maybe get some info before I go in there myself to ascertain the exact locations of these guys.

The easiest way to find them is to head into Garlaige, take the first left, and jump in the hole right there. The Fallen stuff hangs out on the East side of the basement, along with Wraiths and Hellmines. There's a narrow tunnel to the SE which is a decent place to camp, allowing you to pull from the large, circular room behind you (even further to the East), and so long as there are no BSTs fighting Hellmines there, it's pretty safe. If they explode it can get messy.
I wasn't aware that BST could cast flood :^P
This mob also Drop Blizzard III
Watch out when this skeleton casts Flood. It can do around 905 dmg!!
