Spawned alongside Dervo's Ghost and Gizerl's Ghost for Bastok mission 8-2, in the room full of Haunts at the bottom of the cliff immediately after entering Kuftal from Western Altepa. Spawn can be triggered whilst Sneaked, so they can be safely pulled one at a time.
