You might have the first quest that he gives for horutoto ruins map I believe.

I am rnk 5 windy and i have the map of the ruins.... but i need Fei'Yen and i got loads of fame in windy i have Tele-mea i dont understand y it wont give me the quest...

What if you're not from windurst? /cry
I looked it up and a prerequesite to the book quests is a windurst mission... wtf am I supposed to do if I want a map? u_u

ok this is what happened. i finished the book of love quest & they still ouwldnt give me anything. so i zoned & come back. they talk to me like dirt(the guys who gave me the book quests) but now hariga gives me the quest.

yes you have to do the overdue library quests until Hariga-Origa gives you the quest.

Does anyone know what you have to do to get Hariga-Origa to give you the Map of Fei-Yin thing because he won't give it to me.
