Used to make soup. cannot be sent via Delivery box or auction but you can bazarr/trade it. Soup that it make has 2 such items so most likely wont be that common. I have one on the other items to make the soup and await someone to pass by with a slice of that meat in bazaar.

we xp'ed off these here the other night. it was pretty fun. we did these, the big birds, and the fomor at night. the party was all 75 (birds conned T to VT, fomor were all VT++ [IT to a 74], and rams were all VT++ or IT), and although the bird xp is weak at 75 (50-90 without chain) the rams gave 130-160 without chain and the fomor gave 100-150 without chains... so quite a few over 200 xp on chain 2-3. here is some advice...
nin tank is best for these, but pld can do it too (we had a pld). keep them facing the wall and everyone but the tank stay away from its front to avoid breath petrify. mages and rng stand back to avoid hp down. when hp down happens (it will happen, and took our 1400 hp pld down to about 400hp), unless you have divine veil up and can erasega, the quickest way to handle it is like this: a rdm or brd with subjob whm should erase the pld right away, the whm cure 5 almost consecutively, then for additional melee, the whm can erase and rdm cure. that way you get hp back up really fast without having to wait on erase recast time. the ram also petrifies with a breath attack, so be ready to stona the tank. they really didnt hit that hard (regular hits hit pld for like 100ish, ram charge was like 300-500, so even with hp down our pld could tank 3-4 hits without a cure and not die), so other than hp down, they're no big deal... but a fun fight
we pulled the fomor duos as well at night, killing one and kindof kiting/juggling hate on the other if sleep wouldnt stick, which it only did half the time and would wear fast. it wasnt really hard, although the tp-drainga was annoying as hell.
decent xp for lvls 74-75 (72-73 too if you just do birds and maybe fomor) and a fun, challenging alternative from Golems and weapons in sky, demons and buffalo in Uleg. Range, undead in KRT, or wyverns in kuftal.
Ater doing phomiuna acqueducts with a pretty big group, three 75s(nin,war,smn) deceided to go see these rams and let me tag along for my THII. they didnt have much trouble killin em, and i just tp'd off of TWTBW bats and then sata+DE'd him for decent dmg. These do have the max hp down move like the other big rams and took me down to like 150hp, nin tank had no problem with this though. they were pretty cool for me to fight at like 61.
Probably is for some quest or missions. I have seen this ram, and it was IT++ for a lvl 62 rdm and a lvl 66 smn. Besides that, It is surrounded by several giant birds (Simple IT for SMN) and strong Fulmur. Yet if you pass those, you can reach to the cliff in which adult Aldo sees tavnazia for a second time during the intro.
I think lvl 80 would hurt a bit. especially to a lvl 61 rng. our armor is more for looks and AGI+/ranged accuracy+ bonuses than it is for defense. mayeb I can convince my LS to come fight it with me. that should be fun ^^
