Lulz. Don't just run up at him and start casting like I did. He's a mean one.
I'd never heard of him and my internet was down, so I couldn't see what he was all about, but I'm extremely NM-happy.
It was 1:30 a.m. No one I could ask about him was on.
So I buffed up and went for it, unfortunately on my man's lvl. 80 BLU/DNC. (Don't worry; I had permission to play him, hehe.)
Anyway... [/mistake]
With a plan, a Sole Sushi, some spell resetting, a few gear-switches, and maybe even his kinda badass high-level NPC I think it'd have been tricky but doable, but not the way it was, with me not knowing at all how hard this jerk is.
I got to see a funny game glitch, though: When I saw it wasn't gonna happen I got Diamondhide back up and hit my Warp scroll, but just at the precise moment that it completed and started to zone me home, he killed me and I was invisibly dead in Cape Terrigan instead of showing up dead in front of the MH. Even when I got up from my re-raise I wasn't shown on the screen. I ran to The Valley of Sorrows (my original destination anyway), and couldn't see myself at all until I zoned.
Anyway, sorry for the death, Sweetie!
(I got him his exp back and then some, and some other little surprises, so it's okay.) ^^

Soloed him with my Bst lvl 72 after maintenance.
he hits hard something like 250 dmg regular + 60 enwater effect.
spam buble shower Tp move
took me about 15 pets to kill it.
pugils and raptors done well. crabs pets die very quick.
Spawn at H-9 at Cape Terrigan.
died once sub whm but easy solo Sub nin.
No drop for me.

(seems to be used in synthesis)
