Beyond the Stars (Limit Break 8)  

Once you get the quest you need to trade the moogle 10 Kindred's Crests You must also have 5 unused Merit points.

After a cut-scene talk to the moogle again and you will be given a rock/paper/scissors type game where you have to guess the correct combat move 5 times(It's random just keep playing till you win,) If you lose the mini game you can play again without any extra cost. Once you win the mini-game your level limit is raised to 90.
