Chocobo on the Loose!

In-Game TextDescriptionSpeak with Brutus and you enter a cutscene in which Brutus talks to you about the Wild Chocobos that used to roam La Theine Plateau. At some point duyring the cutscene you will be given the option to either set a Chocobo free or not to. At this point select "Set the Chocobo free", the Chocobo will then proceed to run off. Brutus now turnds around to see that a Chocobo is missing and will then proceed to ask you to go and find it. Head out to La Theine Plateau and proceed to the JUNCTION (D-4) (D-5) and (E-5). Here you will find some "Chocobo Tracks". Select this to receive another cutscene where you will witness two Chocobos meeting on a hill. You then see yourself run up and walk away with one of them. Once the cutscene is over return to Brutus at the Upper Jeuno Chocobo Stables. You will get another cutscene here where Brutus will thank you, but tell that the Chocobo has been acting strangely. Jantileon from the San d'Orian Chocobo stables will appear and announce that the Vana'diel Chocobo Society will be having a meeting and that Brutus should attend. Hantileon now leaves and Brutus asks you to go to the meeting as well. Head over to the San d'Orian Chocobo Stables and speak with Hantileon (I-11). Here another cutscene will take place. During this cutscene the behaviour of the Chocobo that you brought back to Jeuno and a similar one in San d'Oria are discussed. After a load of talking you are asked your opinion and are given 3 answers to chose from: -Return the chocobos to the wild -Give the chocobos a rest -Reform the chocobo raising system I ended up choosing all three answers randomnly, after each answer the other members of the society will disagree with you and once again ask for your opinion, after selecting each answer (I selected them in no particular order) they will ask you for the fourth time what your opinion is you will be given just one option "Bring the Chocobos together". The council then agrees with you. Once the cutscene is over return to Brutus in Upper Jeuno. Speak with him again and you will be greeted with another cutscene where Hantileon will arrive with his misbehaving Chocobo. The two Chocobos now start running around in circles with many a Kweh!!. I ended up waiting one game day and zoning before I received the last cutscene with Brutus. During this last cutscene Brutus shares with you the most recent meeting of the Vana'diel Chocobo Society where they all agree to allow adventurers to participate in Chocobo Raising. Brutus will now proceed to give you a Chocobo egg. You are now ready to start raising your very own Chocobo. Talk to the Chocobo next to Oskar, and then talk to Oskar, and then to the Chocobo again, and then to Brutus. Doing this allows Brutus to ask if you wish to ride chocobos, thus activating the Chocobo License quest.

It's in the quest description, and yet people overlook it.

So I had to buy an Eggy for 1,056 Gil
But still , IT SAYS that It is a Current Quest even Though I go the NEXT QUEST (Which ATM I am Working on)
Someone Mind explaining what happened ?
But just give it a day and you should be able to take up the chocobo wounds quest.
