SummaryThe famous clock tower of Jeuno is scheduled for demolition. Gather enough signatures to save it. WalkthroughStarting the quest After the cut scene at the end of A Clock Most Delicate, head down to Lower Jeuno. At the Chamber of Commerce, talk to Derrick and he will give you the option to start a petition. When you agree, he then gives you the Tower Petition item to take to other NPCs to sign. This item is Rare/Ex and takes up an inventory slot. The signers of the petition There are 10 NPCs in total that you need to trade the petition to, who agree to sign it. They are in the following locations:
Finishing the quest After you've traded the Tower Petition to all the NPCs, take it back to Derrick. He'll say that it seems unlikely that the clock tower will be torn down with that much support. Then head up and select the door to Galmut's house again, for the ending cut scene. Quest Series

Hey how come I can't get into the Merchants house in lower jeuno to get my last signiture, I keep getting the cut scene you get at the end of the Beastmaster Flag quest. what can I do to remedy this situation?

After you turn in the completed petition you get the title "Clock Tower Preservationist." After finishing the quest by talking to Galmut and receiving the 1200g and Time Hammer you get the title "Timekeeper."

speaking of titles, the title of this quest! "back to the future" reference right? maybe it's coincidence...or maybe i'm retarded... i still love huey lewis and the news... /sigh

Zuber is inside the Marble Bridge, the Inn with the daily entry requirements. You may need to change jobs or wait for the right day before you can get his signature.
Fame required
You do need a moderate amount of fame to start this quest, probably somewhere around level 5.
