You can get your membership from the ah it cost appox 2k. trade it to the npc behind the desk in neptunes spire in lower jueno.
you can buy your 4 lvl 15 scroll at the tenshido guild in jueno and in bastok.
your lvl 9/lvl 12 scrolls can be quested for in norg they are very easy if you can sneak yourself around. i got all scrolls from lvl 9 thru 27 in appox 1hr while in the norg, i purchased my lvl 15 scrolls from the tenshido guild in port bastok but only after getting my tenshido fame high enough by turning in zinc ore to talbid in port bastok it took me almost 20k in gil to turn in enough ore 4 at a pop. you get 350gil in return but it still cost u 750g each time you do it if your buying your ore.

Ok well, what about the actual spell... is it any good? Don't recall seeing any used yet, since I'm only a 24 Thief/7 War. I'm gonna sub Nin when I get to 30 ^^

the tenshodo building is the immediate left after you enter lower jeuno from your mog house (not the immediate left that goes to port jeuno, dummy) called heavans spire or something like that
Neptune's Spire ^_^. Speak to the woman at the front desk right after you go inside, and pick the hidden 3rd option at the bottom. Need either the Tenshodo Membership Application, or the Tenshodo Invite.

Almost all basic Ninjutsu spells (aka. ones that do elemental damage/lowers resistance) are sold at Norg, which is located past the hidden Sea Serpent Grotto in the Yhungtunga Jungle next to Kazham. Norg also features several Ninja/Samurai weapons that are not sold anywhere else, and are sold at the AH for anywhere from 1.5-3 times their cost. In addition to this each major city has their own Tenshodo blackmarket area, the one in Jeuno is obvious, at Bastok it is located at Warehouse 2, Bastok Ports. These have a more limited selection than Norg, but still have much lower prices than AH.
I only seen 4 of the level 15 ninja spells for sell at Tenshodo Memebership place in Jueno. Any one know where the other 2 are??
