Talas Farin at 684, -20, 250 Copy in South Qeynos near The Herb Jar tells you Nettleville is barred and Freebloods trying to enter are being arrested. You decided to find out what's going on.

1. Speak to Rendyl outside the Nettleville gate at 681, -20, 269 Copy .
• He hauls you off into Nettleville: Strange Tidings.
2. Speak to Investigator Rashlas. He sets his guards on you: defeat them.
• To update the quest you only need kill the three guards by the gate, but it is possible to get adds as all the council reservists in the zone become agro to you.
• Should you zone out inadvertently, talk to Rendal again.
3. Speak with a Freeblood at the militia brig.
• If you chose to stealth or invis to get there, be aware that the crazed Freeblood can see you.
• This is Taria at 658, -25, 341 Copy .
4. Take the medallion back to Talas Farin.
