Speak to Murrar Shar at The Claymore Plaza in Qeynos Capitol District.

You must be at least Level 60 to start this quest.

After you have reached level 60 and completed all the level 20+ and 40+ Core Story quests, see Murrar Shar in Qeynos Province District in Qeynos Harbor ( 875, -25, 55 ) .

During this quest you will be sent mail summoning you into the presence of Antonia Bayle in the palace. It may take a little while to land in your mailbox, so if you don't get an alert immediately don't panic.

Murrar Shar catches you up on the happenings in Qeynos.

Speak to Lilly Ironforge in The Jewel Box in North Qeynos.
