1. Check the camp's supplies, which are in barrels and crates at these locations:
• 4376, -821, 387 Copy
• 4430, -821, 433 Copy
• 4418, -821, 448 Copy
• 4346, -821, 466 Copy
• 4352, -821, 421 Copy
• 4438, -821, 366 Copy
2. There will now be six Material Lists in your inventory. Examine them to receive Recipe:New Combine Equipment Revamp.
3. Scribe the recipe, which is a level 92 recipe made at an Engraved Desk with Geomancy. There are Engraved Deskls at 4423, -821, 363 Copy and 4403, -821, 427 Copy . You'll need to make five of these, and besides the material lists you'll need:
• 5 white peony tea leaf
• 5 effulgent incense
4. Find some craftsmen to make the recipes:
• Carron at 4370, -821, 382 Copy
• Horc at 4336, -821, 461 Copy
• Ishkar at 4387, -822, 459 Copy
• Eshkan at 4235, -812, 436 Copy
5. Write up your results for the commander
• Examine the Notes on the Journeymen in your inventory and select "Write up notes".
• Scribe Recipe: High Command Report, which is a level 92 recipe made at an Engraved Desk with Geomancy. There are Engraved Desks at 4423, -821, 363 Copy and 4403, -821, 427 Copy . Besides the quest items already in your inventory you'll need:
• 1 effulgent incense
• If you need another material list, go back to any of the supply crates you examined before.
6. Return to Quentin inside the big camp.
