Place the blessed salt around the entrance to Starcrest Commune, in South Qeynos at 677, -19, 238 . Click the sparlies.
Walk toward the starcrest gate and Sprit of Krys'lo will jump you. Defeat it.
Speak to Logan, who is nearby at 675, -19, 221
Speak to Rupert at the Troust residence 654, -16, 185 . Advance the conversation with him and Logan.
Rupert becomes Ruppit, and attacks Logan Camerus. Help him.
