[93] Unexpected Weather (Solo)

Category: The Withered Lands
To start:

( -538, -687, 426 )

Speak to Emissary Ta'lur at -538, -687, 426 in the Village of Alivan to begin the quest.

Destroy 5 storm elementals around -317, -726, 390 and -280, -740, 322 .
Rescue 4 Alivan farmers around the farm areas. Speak to them and tell them to head back.
Return to Emissary Ta'lur to complete the quest.
