Getting There
You can get to Eastern Wastes by talking to Belinda in North Ro. She's located on the east side of the zone and is on the find tool CTRL F.
You can also get to Eastern Wastes through the Guild Hall portal via Brilliant Frigid Gemstone bought on the portal vendor for 420 plat.
