Description

In order to begin this "quest" you must have started the Puppetmaster AF3 quest Puppetmaster Blues. To do this you must have completed the AF2 quest Operation Teatime.

Speak to Dhima Polevhia and she will request a set of synthesis items. Trade them to her along with payment and come back to collect it later.
