Regular Fight Encounter

Ravalos is a very simple fight on regular if you follow a few simple tips, To start off we'll talk about the 3 main abilities that Ravalos has.

Abilities

• Frontal Attack - Gaze of Basilisk (Stuns targets in front of Ravalos for 5 seconds)
• Tail-Tail Lash(Knocks you back ~5-15 yards)
• Sides-Crystallized Goo (AoE on the ground does small amounts of damage)

Strategy

The strategy for Ravalos is to have your Tank pull the boss, and keep him in the spot that he starts in. DPS and Healers should engage combat from the sides of the boss to avoid the Frontal and Tail attacks of Ravalos, making sure that if Crystalized Goo spawns under them they move out of it. Continue focusing down Ravalos until he is dead.

Same strategy as normal difficulty but the effects do more damage.
