Because all values in a wiki are character, even the results of an {{#arith:}} operation, we can fake an Absolute Value function by simply removing anything from the period on (assuming there is one).

Usage: {{ABS|value}}

IF there is no period in value, return value.

If there is a period, return all characters to the left of the period.
