Fleetfingered, as a THF, has some outrageous evasion. If you can't hit it, I'd go find something else you can.
This NM appears during Besieged, and is most definitely a THF. As such, it uses the THF two-hour ability, Perfect Dodge, which is moderately annoying but not a real threat to anyone attempting to kill this.
Outside of Perfect Dodge, I've only seen this use regular Mamool Ja abilities: Somersault Kick, Firespit, Warm-Up.
