My Assault linkshell obtained one of these rings today from the Leujaoam Cleansing Assault in Leujaoam Sanctum.
After a long dry period without any valuable appraisals, this was one of two we obtained today. Considering only two items in the game give +Haste, this is a fairly unique item. The member that won the lot was a RDM, excited about how this might help a number of his recast timers.
Too bad it's Rare/Ex. I can think of a number of people that'd like to equip two of these. Then again, considering how rare they are, it'd be hard for one person to end up with two.

I think he meant for RDM or for the ring slot. Either way, the WHM Blessed set has 4 peices of haste gear so I know he didn't mean everything ;)
