This is the Warrior's first weapon. It is a training weapon, therefore not suitable for combat as it is very weak.
If Final Fantasy XI was an offline game with the same storyline (up until Chains of Promathia), it would've been one of the greatest RPGs ever made.
I used wax sword+1 when i was low level, I remember hustleing so hard to get one...

I wish we could upgrade these onion weapons. Like make it into a lvl 75 weapon over time that would be kick ass.

this swords sh*t so when u start off dont use it put it on ah and go do quests to get a bronze sword

It would be so killer if you could upgrade one of these, like in the good old days of FF. When you get it it is sh*t but SE should make it so that you can upgrade it to make it cooler. I know this is pretty much the same concept as relic weapons but I still think it would be cool to have an old school onion knight.

this is the sword that a level 1 WAR commonly uses.
because, not all war's use axes or great axes. I use a great sword, and as soon as i get pld, i will be useing a sword
