WG2 - Back to the Beginning  

Mission Orders

"Hideous statues. Monstrous beasts. The otherworld that lies in between. Could this war-torn land you have been thrust into truly be the outskirts of Jeuno...?"

Walkthrough

After clicking the maw in the WG1 - Cavernous Maws mission, you will appear in either Batallia Downs (S), Sauromugue Champaign (S) or Rolanberry Fields (S).

Now you must make a choice.

You must speak to one of three NPCs. There's an NPC representing San d'Oria in Garlaige Citadel (S), an NPC for Windurst in Crawlers' Nest (S) and an NPC for Bastok in the The Eldieme Necropolis (S). The NPC you speak with will determine which mission path you follow.

San d'Oria Path

The San d'Orian NPC, Randecque, is at (I-6) on the second map of Garlaige Citadel (S). He will give you a Red Recommendation Letter that you must take to Mainchelite in Southern San d'Oria (S). You will then have three quests to complete:

• Steamed Rams
• Gifts of the Griffon
• Claws of the Griffon

Windurst Path

To join the Windurstian forces, you must speak to Kalsu-Kalasu in Crawlers' Nest (S). He will give you a Green Recommendation Letter that you must take to Miah Riyuh in Windurst Waters (S). You will then have three quests to complete:

• Snake on the Plains
• The Tigress Stirs
• The Tigress Strikes

Bastok Path

To join the Bastokan forces, you must speak to Turbulent Storm in the Eldieme Necropolis (S). He will give you a Blue Recommendation Letter that you must take to Adelbrecht in Bastok Markets (S). You will then have three quests to complete:

• The Fighting Fourth
• Better Part of Valor
• Fires of Discontent

One you pick a nation and finish all three quests, you must return to a cavernous maw outside of Jeuno in the past to finish this mission and move on to the next.
