each merit in Ikishoten is +3 tp on a sucessful zanshin'd attack.
pretty substantial increase, especially with 6hit setup already giving you at least 17 tp to begin with.
you may consider zanshin's process rate to be unreliable for this to be worth it, but who's honestly gonna merit shikikiyo or blade bash to 10 minutes, lol

Probably not enough to make it worth getting. Knowing SE it would be 1 or 2 more %.

I have no clue, though. Honestly I don't see why any SAM would want to merit this.
