The smile bringer moogles in each town have now been replaced by new event moogles that give you the new quest. You must find all 7 cards before the goblins do, and to do that you must find Overturned Soils and examine them. You will get a couple of cards.

*The cards you can get are:
Ebis
Bishamon
Hotei
Benten
Daikoku
********
Juroujin
(spelling is wrong cauase i play on the japanese version)

*The areas you get them in are:
West Ronfaure
South Gustaberg
East Sarutabaruta
La Theine Plateau
Konschtat Highlands
Tahrongi Canyon
Jugner Forest
Pashhow Marshlands
Meriphataud Mountains
Batallia Downs
Rolanberry Fields
Sauromugue Champaign

I got all 7 in Batallia with 4 other people. You actually dig up more items by being in a larger party so I recommend you do it with a friend or 2.

I'm on my way to Sandoria to see what the reward is!

Note:
You do not need the quest activated to get the 7 cards.
You must get the Overturned Soil before the Goblin Riders do.
You might dig up a worm and it'll bind you. (it wont hurt)

*The Items!

Sandoria - Rabbit belt, Kingdom Scarf
Windurst - Mandragora belt, Federation Scarf
Bastok - Worm belt, Republic Scart

The first time you will be asked to hand in specific items, but after that you can try differnt combinations.

Hotei + ******** + Juroujin = Belt
Benten + Bishamon + Daikoku = Kadomatsu
All 7 cards at once = Scarf

Belt and Scarf are determined by which nation moogle you traded the cards too!

THE TELEPORT SCARFS:
10/10 charges (every 24 hours), does not recharge
<10/10 0:30[24:00:00, 0:30]>

COSTUME BELTS:
1/1 charges (every 24 hours), recharges.
<1/1 0:30[24:00:00, 0:30]>

IMPORTANT!!
The reason why you want to do this as a party is because if you dig alone, you get 1 card per soil you dig. If you are in a party of 3, one person digs up 3 each time, with a full party of 6 you get 6 per dig. And 6 people are digging at the same time, thus making it 36 times more effective.

Turning in all 7 cards at the same time gives you the chocobo teleport collar.
#14 Dec 27 2004 at 12:52 AM Rating: Decent

I'm still not clear on the teleport scarves. It sounds like they teleport you to the chocobo stables, but what's the deal with the 10/10 thing? You can only use it ten times? You need to use it 10 times for each teleport?

Someone please clarify.
