Event Item StorageFollow

#1 Oct 10 2005 at 6:19 PM Rating: Decent
My LS and I are running around trying to find the new event item storage NPCs. I'll post here when we find them, and what cities they are in.

If someone finds it first, please post.

Note: The armor storage guy that holds the armors, like af and stuff, are not correct.

Aww.. they don't store the Monster Belts... ohwell those are fun to play with anyway. =)

edit: Anyone notice how all the RSE gear no longer has the graphic design with the highlighted edge and brightened color/background? That's interesting lol..

Sweet, when I get on next I can clear out some inventory. Shame they didn't include some of the non-graphical ones, such as the mandragora etc belts. O well, if they started a system for storing these items, then all the greater chance they'll expand it.

P.S. I believe this part of the update may of been caused by your's truely. I sent a suggestion about this about 2 months back.

From that list, I'll free up 9 inventory spaces (katanas, the NQ dream hat, the four swimwear pieces and the two yukata) and turn 9 Storage spaces back into Mog Safe spaces (three Kadomatsu, three trees, three eggs). That the 9 things I was depositing were in my Storage makes this even sweeter, heh.

I don't know about a few of these items though - It seems Chocobo wands were only ever given out to 12 people per server, and the Mandragora/Sprout/Guide berets along with the Timepiece are sadly exclusive to the Adventurer Recruitment Program.

Notably, the Trick Staff II (with 10 charges of Warp) is the only Haloween item not allowed to be stored.

Where do you send in suggestions? I have a few I think should be considered, /blockra or /blockranged for instance. Sort of like /blockaid except it just blocks say a Dark Knight from throwing his Bomb Core or a Dragoon from throwing his Tiphis Sting by mistake, same for items like Lucky Egg etc.,

They won't allow you to store items with limited charges.

That's why I mentioned the charge bit.

Another Note: For items that are *not* Rare (e.g. Kadomatsu), the NPC will only keep hold of one.

I'd just like to point out something i found hilarious with the storage npc. He's a perv XD.

"Do not worry. Your Mithra Shorts/Top +1 is in good hands." >.>

Woulda been funnier had he done the shifty eyes in his context XD. "Dont worry youll get your shorts back >.>..."
