I always thought it would be awesome if you could just walk up to any store and sell them whatever you happened to have in your pockets for... something.

Sorry, those are obviously a Yagudo gum wrapper and bottle cap, so you get nothing.

Gum wrappers can't be NPCed.

Bottle caps are 1G, 2G with capped fame. But save them up, there's a Recycling quest that will get you $0.50 for every stack of 99 bottlecaps you turn in.

Too bad it raises your fame with the hippies. Smiley: frown Luckily, eating any Meat or Seafood dish will lower it again.

I'd love to have that gold plated Ridill hanging behind the Galka :)

The Taru has correct proportions, I'd even go as far as say he is a little bit taller than the average Tarutaru, remember, the store clerk is a Galka.

I always thought it would be cool if anytime you needed money or items IRL you can just go outside and kill things for a while. An then sell them to a NPC if you didn't need the drops. Then again I guess you can do that already, those are called criminals. And NPCs i guess are pawn shops...

But it would be cool with monsters!

Hey wait a minute are RPG heroes just a bunch of criminal thugs murdering and pawning off goods?? Revelation! We're the bad guys!!

In past Final Fantasy games, you'd run into random houses, checking boxes, shelves, and pots for stuff.

In Legend of Zelda, you violently fling and break those pots.

Smiley: lol But you're saving the world, so you get a few liberties.

I smell a happy friday comic idea forming.

Maybe we're just saving the world because the evil boss is killing our squishy cash-cow victims before we get to em, and ruining our business lol. Wow it's like a gang territory war then.

Hahah thanks Usagichan!

Anyone who has done goldsmithing levels 42-47 knows exactly what the comic is referring to, as well. It's a wonderful break even synth, and you can profit if you farm up your own zinc ores.

The description in game says its "99.9% pure" when in actuality it's "pure something that isn't gold." It's used in the vellum recipe.

Ah, the age old question of what NPCs do (or are faced with doing) when given heaps and heaps of basic ingredients from adventurers.

This game is only intended to make sense at the most superficial level. Once you start thinking one layer down, it all unravels :D
