Actually, the NPC fellow counts as a pet too, for purposes of pet kill. Unfortunately, PW is in the one expansion you can't call your NPC...
I wonder if this HF was based on the 150-soul-flayer-pet-kills-on-lightningsday trial ;)
...just another reason why I should build a virus bomb keyed to moogle DNA...

Could be worse. At least you don't have to land the killing blow with your overloading Portafurnace.
