Heh, some of those are really funny. The rest being really good outright with their own styles. I've only gone through a few but my favorites that weren't shown so far are the smn with shiva and gurada ( with carby being a mat for shiva lol ) and the rdm tha has like all his gear visible... From Joytoy with tools, fishing rod, dagger, shields, elemental staffs, knife, warp club, int/mnd wand, bag of various foods, several pairs of pants, ect lol. I always loved pictures that were directed for humor heh.

I think my personal favorite out of the the contest entries gallery shown (not the winning entries, just the new ones released) is the "Everyone Should Visit Abyssea" done by Midorinocha (8th one in the gallery). Though I know that it's just an amalgamation of all the Caturae rather than an individual one, I think the Caturae shown is really cool looking, and I actually wish there was a Caturae in the game that actually looked like that.

I actually wondered the same thing. None of the attire shown even comes close to matching anything in the game, nor does anyone represented there really look like any character models from the game. I'm sooner inclined to believe that it was a completely unrelated piece of art that they just decided to enter hoping that something might come out of it.

I guess that possibility is there for it to be those three, but one would think that in a fan art contest such as this, you'd at least try to indicate who the characters are if they're meant to be someone in particular.

Looks like there were none of gukumatz with 999 people spamming provoke all around it. Oh and with fafnir on the side pouting because nobody cares about him anymore. That woulda had my vote for sure.
