To the member of Naiya's party in Garliage Citadel on 11/15/04 at around 1am (est)... I'm sorry that I suddenly d/c. My school's dial-up crapped out on me and now I can't make it reconnect no matter how many times I try. I mean it was pretty obvious that I d/c since I was standing up and as far as I know you can no longer alt+tab out of the game.

No hard feelings, and I hope to pt with you guys again (~_^)b

Actually, you can still alt-tab out of the game. I do it all the time... but only when I'm getting disconnected of course. I don't know what's the problem with my connection, but I have a horrible time with all the disconnects I get.

My R goes to zero and I watch as the percent slowly drops. If I wait for it to actually disconnect me, it'll take a whole 2 minutes. And after that, it would take another couple of minutes to log back in as the game slowly figures out I got disconnected. Whereas if I alt-tabbed out of the game, I get out immediately, and I can log back in at once.
