Nope I don't use familiar because it's not worth it. You'll keep them charmed for half an hour (or more?) and this has a 15 minute time limit I believe. I did this 4 times one night with a ls friend for ***** and giggles (without using 2hr) and we won 4/4 times, crap drops though =/

firstly i wanna say u bsts out there use 2hr?
secondly this is too weak (duo 2xbst pwnd several times as long as u dont panic when charm fails)
nd 3rdly done it bout10-15 times no damn ring tho ;.;
now gonna try it with friends 2xdrg nd me bst all have whm subbed

ok... um little post halfway thru run 2xdrg nd bst pwnd lol new record 4 mins30secs on hades server
run complete still no ????ing ring tho but moon was only @ 23% gonna try again with higher moon% final run was 7 secs out of my new record nd i still got my name up in lights w00t for me sorry munchetta nd amith ;.;

I am going to give this one a shot tomorrow and see what happens, I lvled my bst to 20 just for this so i am hoping to get some astrals for whm and blm lvlin.. Wish me luck
When i fought this one a couple of weeks ago, we were trying as SMN SMN, we lost and tried again 2hours later with a whm, both we summoners did 2hr (they can take 3 2hours i think from summoner) when both ramuh died the whm did curaga for hate so we could recast them and when whm almost died she did 2hr, enough time to do 2hr again, only one Furries left with 1% hp left ^^.
the only good stuff we got was some strange ninja weapon...cant remember the name, platoon dagger and thunder spirit pact, (maybe you CAN solo this as smn)

For the record, the Furies' have a special WS: Turbulence. It makes Jet Stream look weak. Wind Elemental Magic, AoE. Hits for roughly as much as Jet Stream, unresisted ^_^
Should a pet come uncharmed with 300% or so TP, and use this, it's fairly safe to say you're boned.

You can solo this, but you have to be a bst (to turn this into a 1-on-1 fight between you and Colo-Colo, and you need some luck.
The better strategy is to take in 3 people (preferably at least 1 bst) and take it nice and slow.

Can this be soloed as a elvaan rdm/nin with all the rdm spells?

I seriosly doubt if you can solo this as Elvaan Rdm/Nin. The first thing you have to notice is that since your restricted to level 20, you have no Utsusemi. The Second thing is that you dont have the ability to cast refresh on yourself. Also, you dont have Convert at this point in time. Generally, Rdm/Nin is useless with these three things. Think about that before you decide on doing anything at all with this combination. But, if you can use these, you're pretty set on anything you wanna do, as long as its within reason.

i do this one all the time.
u need a BST, RNG, healer.
charm a furry,use 2 hour on it, send it at the bigg one, RNG and BST then finnish the other furry, then wait for the pet to die, and finnish the bigg one. (BST will need good Char + food and eqip, i use opal rings and tono.R.ball+pinnaple juice), and we use an elvRDM healer so he uses yagg drink and pie)
(we hold the valifor record at 5 min even, and we'v got a few good drops, Tunder Pact scroll,Platoon Dager and Ganko-katana)

The easiest way to beat the Furies and Colo Colo is to take a Rng/Nin, Bst/War, and a Whm/???. All you need to do is have the BST charm the furies to attack each other and then hit the Colo colo as fast as possible. Me (Rng/Nin) and my friends fought this battle 5 times yesterday and won 4 times. (Just make sure you don't kill the Furie that is not charmed before the charmed Furie dies otherwise you will run out of time and lose... We made about 60000 each from fighting this 4 times. We got the thunder spirit pact, several mithril beast coins, several colored rocks, a Ganko, and a Platoon sword...

Just wanted to correct you, and help others; if the charmed one is the only one left, and is familiarized, all hope is not lost. Have the BST "run away" by clicking the ???. I was devastated when I, too, found the charmed one with 5% HP left, but still the only one left. Luckily my brother was there to advise me to tell the BST to leave ^^;

i fought this bcnm20 3 times and won the 3rd time so i thought i might get something halfway cool... ..natta. in my opinion this is a waste of time and a waste of seals. save seals for bcnm30
